I had an amazing stay at Romantic Views San Marco. the location was absolutely perfect, just a three-minute walk from San Marco Square and the waterbus station. the apartment was extremely accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding restaurants and shops. the bathroom was clean and well equipped, with all necessary amenities provided. the bedroom was comfortable and had both heating and air conditioning. the kitchen had all the appliances and basic amenities needed for a short stay. the balcony had a beautiful view of the surrounding architecture, making it a great place to relax. the host, Robi, was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and directions. it was a fantastic experience.

Amazing city views, free WiFi, and close to attractions. I loved feeling like a sardine in the bathroom and being trapped in the bedrooms when someone needed to use it. WiFi signal? Oh, it's just playing hide and seek.
Such a shame there was no bidet, I was really looking forward to a refreshing wash in the bathroom.

Excellent location near popular landmarks, rooftop terrace, attentive host, clean and well-equipped property, spacious rooms. 6-person capacity. Expensive but worth it. Walking distance to attractions and ferry stop. Helpful and friendly host, replaced kettle promptly. Great balcony with nice views. Comfortable sofa bed.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and excellent location just a few minutes from San Marco Square. The staff, especially Robi, was welcoming and accommodating, offering helpful tips and quick responses to any issues.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in an alleyway right in the city center. It was close to the main ferry stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, there was a local restaurant open when we arrived, providing us with immediate dining options. The room we stayed in comfortably fit three people and offered great value for its location.
There were some maintenance issues in the hotel, such as broken fixtures, a non-functioning hot tub, and a broken mirror in the bathroom. These issues affected our overall experience and could have been improved.

I always go back to this place when in Venice. The staff helped me find a parking spot on my first stay. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my business trips.

City views and free WiFi make for a delightful stay. The apartment's location offers easy access to famous landmarks like Ca' d'Oro and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. But it was the well-equipped kitchen that truly impressed me. It felt like having my very own gourmet cooking show, complete with a coffee machine that brewed the perfect cup every time!

our stay at a different property in Venice was great, but Romantic Views San Marco was even better! The host was so gracious and even helped us with our bags. The location was fantastic, just a couple minutes from San Marco. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a rooftop patio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view was so amazing, I almost tripped on the steps while staring at it. And they even let me use a fire extinguisher, just in case I got too hot from the air conditioning.
Who needs staff or elevators? Climbing 6 flights of stairs and dealing with a gate and door to find my room was just the adventure I needed.
